Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to customers of Niskha Finance Pvt Limited who have availed or are in the process of availing a gold loan.

• Non-Refundable Fees:The processing fees, administrative fees, valuation charges, or any other upfront charges associated with the gold loan application are non-refundable. These fees cover the cost of loan processing, gold valuation, and other administrative expenses incurred during the approval process.
• Refund of Charges Due to Error: In the unlikely event of any error or overcharge in processing fees, customers may raise a request for refund. Such refunds will be subject to internal verification and approval by Niskha Finance Pvt Limited.

• Cancellation by Customer: The borrower may cancel the loan application before the disbursement stage. If the loan is canceled before disbursement, any processing or administrative fees paid will not be refunded, as they are deemed to cover the costs incurred during the loan application and approval process.
• Post-Disbursement Cancellation: Once a loan has been disbursed, it cannot be canceled. The customer will be required to fulfill the repayment obligations as per the agreed loan terms, including interest and principal payments.

• Prepayment: Customers may choose to repay their gold loan before the scheduled end date. Prepayment may incur certain fees, as specified in the loan agreement. However, prepaying the loan will not result in a refund of any previously paid interest or fees.
• Interest Calculation: In the case of prepayment, the interest is calculated on a pro-rata basis up to the date of repayment, and any outstanding balance (if applicable) will be adjusted accordingly.

• Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within [7-10 business days] of receipt. If approved, the amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment or other means, as deemed appropriate by Niskha Finance Pvt Limited .
